Eject Volume From Robot failed

qiuyi
I am run mhvtl-1.5-4 in RHEL 7.2, all are well except "Eject Volume From Robot" in NetBackup 7.6.1, and the same error in NetBackup 7.7

Eject Volume From Robot failed and I can't figure out, can any one give me a little help?

I need to understand the sequence of events.

Often, the issue is one of timing. I.e NetBackup prompts for the media to be removed from the MAP. If you click the OK button *before* emptying the MAP, NetBackup will report the eject fail (because it found the media still in the MAP)

Please read the NetBackup dialogs carefully.

If in doubt, please grab a screenshot before running the 'vtl map' commands. And forward to me

So, before answering anything in this NetBackup dialog, go to the vtl cmd and open map, empty map and close map..
Then answer 'yes' in the NetBackup dialog..
