What sort of library emulation have you configured in the mhVTL ?

Try an STK L700 or STK L80 library with NetBackup...

The 'emulation' of robot types in mhVTL is rather limited at the moment. It is work in progress.

For best compatibility with NetBackup, check the device_mappings.txt file and look for libraries which have 'LIBRARY_SERIALIZATION=2'.. STK L180/L700 are examples.
